• If you are the highest bidder at the close of auction, a sale is rendered, and that sale is binding.

• An offer placed on a Fixed Price asset is binding and cannot be cancelled once entered. Please reach out to DZCARDS immediately if there is an error made in an offer.
• Once offer is accepted, a sale is rendered, and that sale is binding.

• Any item directly purchased Fixed Price or won via Auction results in a binding sale.

RETURNS AND CANCELLATION OF SALES

All sales are final and returns are not accepted. A transaction may only be canceled or amended if assets are received damaged or in condition inconsistent with the asset description at the time of sale. Only DZCARDS staff has the authority to cancel or amend a sale. It is imperative that buyers review purchases immediately upon receipt. Any cancellation request must be received within 48 hours of delivery of the purchase. Cancellation requests will not be accepted after 48 hours
